Cheese Meat Noodles
Cheese Meat Noodles are easy to make and the best food to be served.
Materials:
- 1 pack of noodles
- 350 grams of minced beef
- 1 sachet of bolognese sauce
- 50 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 200 ml full cream milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 250 grams of cheese
- Cooking oil
How to cook:
- Boil noodles and drain
- Fry the minced meat until browned then add the bolognese sauce and cook until it boils, set aside
- Make the cream sauce, add the butter and flour, mix well until fragrant then add the milk until it thickens and add half of the cheese
- Divide the meat noodles into 3, put 1/3 of the noodles as the first layer into the pan then most of the sauce and cream sauce, coat with the next up to three layers, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
