Fried Thigh Filled

This Fried Thigh Filled recipe is an easy food you can make when you are craving chicken.

Materials:
  • 15 small chicken thighs
  • 200 grams of ground chicken
  • 100 grams of peeled shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of bread flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Broth powder
  • Liquid broth
  • Cooking oil

How to make:
  1. Remove the thigh bone then turn the thigh meat out. In small joints, cut the bones until only the skin and thighs remain and then soak in the broth for 30 minutes
  2. Filling: mix ground beef, peeled prawns, garlic, powdered broth, and 1 egg, mix well then divide into 10 parts. Turn the skin of the meat back inside then put it in the chicken thigh
  3. Roll stuffed chicken thighs into beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Do the same thing until the dough runs out
  4. Fry in medium hot oil until golden brown then removes and drain.
